Supposedly knows how to repair Crown Victoria's, but left a young couple with no vehicle and no way to get back and forth to work. When the vehicle went to the shop it was running great and EVERYTHING worked. The vehicle had a loose shifter, it is attached to the steering wheel so of course the housing would have to be removed to tighten the handle. That's all it needed. When the vehicle was picked up the defroster didn't work, but when the defroster was turned on the horn started sounding. The vehicle was taken back and they were told it would be fixed for free. The 2ND time the vehicle was picked up the power windows and doors didn't work and the horn had no sound. It was taken back and was told it would be fixed. The third time it was to be picked up the horn didn't work, and no headlights either. That's when the mechanic told the young couple that when he removed the housing around the steering wheel the spring from the hazard lights popped off (it was stuck in the down position), fell onto the wiring that is in that area loosend, and shorted it out, (Why wasn't that information told when it happened, or at least when first picked up). Which popped the fuse for the horn, and shorted out a very expensive part that controls alot of things in the vehicle. So the young man tries defending the mechanic saying we'll it's an old car things are going to go out. NO, HE DIDNT DO THE JOB RIGHT, HE DIDNT CALL WHEN IT HAPPENED, HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE SENSE OF DECENCY TO TELL THEM WHEN IT WAS PICKED UP. So what did this mechanic do to make things right for this young couple, did he say I will get the part and fix it since it was my fault? No, he instead tells the couple the vehicle was like that already ( now remember everything worked when it was taken in, but now they can't use the vehicle at night which is when he works, but it was like that. SMFH!) and even though it was like that he gave them their money back that they paid when the vehicle was picked up the first time. So he didn't cause the damage but gave them their money back after he told them what was wrong with the vehicle that he was not responsible for, MY ASS. He took advantage of a young couple and left them high and dry with no vehicle. What a great guy, I hope he sleeps good at night knowing he screwed two people trying to start living on their own, just out of high school, trying to be responsible adults, as if life wasn't hard enough for them!
